These two undersized, underpowered loaders struggled with the rocks which
took the work days longer to complete.  Some tenants have expressed angry
feelings that the bridge should have been reopened 10 days earlier and that
they may yet seek legal address for management's alleged malicious dereliction
of their duties and deprivation of tenants' liberties which has allegedly caused
them unnecessary and illegal confinement, loss of income, some their jobs,
and great emotional distress.

Tenants and staff wait out the opening of the bridge.  While this photo was taken
on a Sunday, the bridge would not be reopened until the following Wednesday,
which extended the isolation period for the tenants to approximately 17 days.

Terri Eagon, in charge of Follows Camp and an heir to the estate of Joe Davison,
stands on the edge of the private bridge leading into Follows Camp.  Rather than
immediately fixing the washed out access, in an attempt to save herself money,
she delayed for days bringing in the necessary equipment while she attempted
unsuccessfully to get government to fix the private property for free.  Tenants
stranded for days by her actions have charged her with alleged gross misman-
agement and alleged gross incompetence in delaying their access to jobs,
normal food and medical assistance.
